Hello again everyone, in this chance im gonna write about my favourite piece of technology, in my case my favourite piece is my phone, really i dont have a have a favourite piece but is most i use so i think is the most i like. My phone is my favourite piece because is the most i use, i use to be connected with my family and friend, also i use to listen music, or sometimes watch series or movies and make some works for the university if i can. I think my phone sometines it affects me in negative and positive ways, a example is when i use to read some papers for the university is a positive effect, but when i use all day seing a movie or in social medias is a negative effect. I recommend the use of a phone but is good not use all the day to not make a dependece.

Post 4 My favourite Food

Hello everyone, I hope you are well, in this occasion I will present you my favorite meal and the best meal in the world, so the best food in this planet is the rice with steak and tomato salad, not the lasagna, or pizza or burgers, the best is the rice with steak and tomato salad, exist different forms to make this plate but the most I like is the simple rice, a grilled steak and a tomato with a little pinch of salt, I really like this dish because it is simple and fast to do, is very taste and is no very expensive, also this plate is nutritionally good because have proteins, vitamins and carbs, elements necessary to be healthy and energetic, also if you want, or you have the option y recommend adding some avocado or onion, to have a supply of healthy fats or vitamin C.
